Every homeowner who contacts Followingforget Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or contacted Followingforget Tree Service
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went wrong, start with the provider. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. One limit applies: Followingforget Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@followingforget.garden. Please include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened, and what you want us to do about it

What Happens Next

We acknowledge your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We then look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
